Singer/Songwriter Joey Young’s music infuses the vintage folk style of the 1970’s and the contemporary beachy genre of Zac Brown and Jack Johnson.

Joey’s upcoming album, Escape Artist, is an effort to distill life down to the best places, memories, and moments within. Currently, Joey spends his time on the coasts, keys, and islands of Florida's Gulf Coast sailing, paddleboarding, and performing with his faithful dog "Buoy".

Born and raised in coastal Alabama -home of the legendary beach traveler and troubadour Jimmy Buffett- Joey’s role models were guitarists and songwriters like Lindsay Buckingham, James Taylor, and Steven Stills. Joey is also a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston and has performed over 2000 live shows.
